We selected Allison as our daughter’s PT for reconstructive knee surgery. From the very beginning our daughter was challenged, listened to and encouraged to work hard doing her exercises. She made tremendous growth in a relatively short amount of time. Sports injuries are mentally difficult and Allison was exactly what my daughter needed during that time. I also saw Allison for a persistent arm/hand injury and she worked hard to try different techniques to help me work through it. She has an extensive set of skills beyond your normal PT (unfortunately I have been to many). She thinks outside of the box when needed and always puts her knowledge to use with outstanding patient care. I would highly recommend Allison for anyone who wants to get optimal care and results.

Allison is truly one of the very best PTs in the area, hands down. I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 20 years and a former Fitness Competitor that has had my share of injuries. She takes the time to evaluate your problem and tries to find the root cause. Spends the appropriate time doing manipulation or whatever is needed. I love that she always finds new exercises to help me. Allison has been helping me for over 9 months with 4-5 different problems and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I highly recommend her for any injuries but especially those in sports and fitness!

I’ve never met anyone like Allison. Allison is the most hard working and creative PT you’ll ever meet. Every session, 2 times a week, Allison would have different workouts for me to do. She challenged me in ways I didn’t know were possible and she made me realize my own strengths while improving on my weaknesses. I had such a great bond with her and she made sure I had my needs met before ever letting me back to full contact play. Not only is she a good PT, she’s also such a great person to be around. Her energy is contagious which helped me through every session I had with her. Allison was personally recommended to me by Dr. Razzano at Beacon Orthopedic and I was so glad I got to work with her. I’d recommend Allison to anyone, but if you’re looking for a PT for ACL recovery, you’re in the right spot. Her knowledge goes beyond normal PTs and I can confidently say that because of her knowledge and experience I am a stronger athlete and I am more aware on the court. I truly appreciate Allison's ability and she is the best PT I’ve ever met.

When I started my fourth journey in physical therapy, I was very tired of feeling like PT was only a bandaid for my chronic pain. Being in pain all of the time is frustrating and exhausting, and it’s really hard to find practitioners who are really present with you, listen to you, and work with you. Allison came as a recommendation from a trusted friend, and I was hesitant to try PT again. Allison immediately engaged me in my own care plan. From day one, she was asking me about my goals, what felt like it was working and what didn’t, and how she could most effectively push me. I have never felt like I had agency in my therapy plans until Allison started treating me. When she pushes me, it’s to do something we both know I can. When I tell her something is impossible, she listens. When I tell her I need to manage pain instead of upping my exercises, it’s a discussion. I never feel like I’m being led through my PT plan with a blindfold on. Allison truly helps you understand what’s going on in your body and what can be helped. For the first time in almost ten years, I’m free of constant back pain. Thanks to Allison, I’m back on my silks and in the air, doing what makes me happiest. I wouldn’t recommend any other PT in the Dayton area more highly. Allison is amazing, kind, and really knows what she’s doing.

I highly recommend Allison. She was very thorough with my treatment plan, explained the anatomy & nerve issues causing my knee & hip pain. I received a well designed program that allowed me to get stronger at an efficient and safe pace . During my sessions, Allison demonstrated the exercises and watched to make sure I was doing them correctly. Each week we would modify them based on how I was doing. She was a great listener, attentive to my concerns & always had me laughing during the sessions.

Allison wasn’t the first PT I’ve seen, but she will definitely be the last! Her knowledge and patient-focused care is second to none. She listens and works with you to create a plan to get you healthy and pain free.

Allison has honestly changed my relationship with my body for the better. I saw her for an old, nagging injury that affected my everyday life for over a decade. Through personalized treatment, encouragement, and exercises, Allison helped me find relief from pain that I thought I would live with for the rest of my life. I swear she can sense the location and cause of pain and overcompensation in your body. Additionally, she gave me the tools and confidence to continue strengthening my body outside of PT sessions and reach my dance goals.
