Initial Evaluation

(60 minutes)

An Initial Evaluation is required to begin any plan of care.
Your evaluation includes a detailed review of your health history along with a comprehensive assessment of your strength, mobility, soft tissue function, and movement quality.

Treatment starts on day one.

By the end of your evaluation, you'll leave with an initial home exercise program, a clear understanding of your movement dysfunction and its connection to your symptoms, and a personalized roadmap to help you return to the activities you love — stronger and better than before.

Treat the System, Not Just the Symptom:  Treatment goes beyond initial symptomatic pain to address the root of the issue and restoring the way your body was meant to move, building the resilience to handle the demands of your daily life, and keeping you performing at your highest level. Through a multi-faceted approach, soft tissue mobilization is used to target dysfunction, restore mobility, and prepare your body for movement — while corrective exercise and movement retraining reinforce those changes, building strength, improving mechanics, and creating lasting results that carry over into everything you do, whether that means chasing your kids, competing in your sport, or simply feeling good in your own body again.

Progress is the Plan:  Each session builds progressively on the last, intentionally structured to move you forward as your strength, mobility, and movement quality improve. Your program advances with you — keeping your recovery on track and your body continuously challenged in the right ways. And because no two weeks are identical, your sessions are never identical either. How you feel, how you're moving, and how your body is responding week to week all play a role in shaping your treatment. Open communication is a cornerstone of your care here, and your feedback is always valued and acted upon.
