An Initial Evaluation is required to begin any plan of care.
The evaluation process involves a detailed review of your health history as it relates to physical therapy, along with a comprehensive assessment of strength, mobility, and movement quality. It also includes a discussion of your movement dysfunction and its connection to your symptoms.
Treatment begins day one!
By the end of your evaluation, you will receive an initial home exercise program, a clear understanding of your diagnosis, and a plan to help you return to the activities you love—stronger and better than before.
This treatment option qualifies for insurance self-submission for out-of-network benefit reimbursement.
Physical therapy plans of care involve consistent and in-depth treatments to your physical impairment and movement dysfunction, whether chronic or acute.
(60 minutes)
Follow-ups are specified to treat deficits found at your initial evaluation and are individualized based upon patient presentation and goals.
The work we put into each session PLUS the work you do outside of each session is where the healing happens.
